I deeply believe that seeking therapy services represents a strong desire to balance internal experiences and better understand one’s beliefs and actions. It is through that better understanding and insight that one develops their own path to life satisfaction. As a therapist, I see my role as one to assist in the exploration of self that will manifest in the ability to make the changes one has identified are important. My goal is to help you reveal your own truth and sense of peace and stability.

My practice is integrative and person centered. I often employ cognitive interventions so that a client may reflect on their own beliefs and narrative. My work has been enhanced by additional training in Mindfulness based interventions, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

I hold a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from Loyola University in Maryland. As a licensed therapist since 2009, I have been providing counseling services, including community and hospital settings to both adolescents and adults. I have a special interest in and am highly seasoned in family work. I very much look forward to being a part of your journey.

I am also a Board Approved Counseling Supervisor.
