To our clients,
In light of heightened concerns of COVID-19 and out of an abundance of caution, Insight Wellness of Maryland clinicians are moving to 100% tele-mental health services starting Monday 3/16 through 3/27. We will re-evaluate at that time.
We are fortunate to have access to a secure, HIPAA compliant telehealth platform, Regroup. You will receive an email with a link for your regularly scheduled appointment.
If for some reason at this time, you wish to move your appointments, please discuss this directly with us.
We appreciate your patience with some of us also learning this platform at the same time, your understanding, and continued participation during a stressful time. We hope that this limits the disruption to services and also provides you with the support needed to manage through so much uncertainty.
Please be mindful that many of us will be conducting sessions from home as schools are shut down, we will do our best to limit disturbances and maintain your privacy. We also understand that sessions may, expectedly or unexpectedly need to be shortened or interrupted as many of you will also be in your homes as well.
We still request a 24 hour cancellation notice, but the fees are temporarily being waived.
